Our services in England encompass both internal UK and Europe wide transportation.

Using a combination of road transport, short sea ferry and rail services we provide flexible, reliable and cost effective transport solutions that are tailor made to specific clients requirements.

Felixstowe (via our Logistics office in Ipswich ) operates as the central gateway to mainland Europe, providing three sailings a day to and from the Netherlands on our own vessels, where we offer part load and full load services including freight management solutions to all European destinations.

Our UK to Scandinavia services operate with DFDS own vessels out from Immingham , where the local branch provides ambient consolidation, part load and full load services, warehousing and distribution to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland all on DFDS equipment. In addition to this we also offer a European service for North Germany and the Netherlands with daily sailings on our own vessels.

DFDS Logistics offer specialist value added services to the high value IT market and packaging and paper markets with customised equipment and tailor made solutions.

Our depot in Peterborough operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides distribution and warehouse contracts for major European food manufacturers offering Just in Time (JIT) logistics solutions to optimise our clients’ supply chain.
